There is no doubt our mental health can be severely impacted by events that occur in our life times. There are just times that life can be a genuine struggle and we can find it difficult to cope.

Whatever the reason, when we are suffering our mind and body responds in ways that can be difficult to manage or even understand; ​therapy can be a genuine resource in these circumstances. Working with a trained professional can help you to process what you're feeling and the physical and emotional responses you may suffer as an outcome.

Counselling is all about understanding the impact your issues have on your emotional & physical wellbeing, your life and relationships, and most importantly, the relationship you have with yourself!

Our time together is about building a collaborative and trusting relationship, a space that you feel is safe enough to explore what is going on for you in a confidential setting. 

 

Support​ of this nature can be genuinely tough at times, but putting the work in really can get positive, affirming results out. 

Location for services?

 

Based in Heysham, we have a peaceful counselling space where you can attend your sessions in person.​​​​​​​​​​

We also provide over the phone or on-line video support across the whole of the UK, so, it really doesn't matter where you're located, we can always work together.
